Provides relative to provisions in Title 8 which are limited in applicability to political subdivisions or local areas meeting specified population characteristics. AN ACT1 To amend and reenact R.S. 8:308(B), relative to provisions of Title 8 (Cemeteries) of the2 Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, which are limited in applicability to certain3 political subdivisions or local areas based upon population classifications; to specify4 applicability to one or more political subdivisions or local areas; and to provide for5 related matters.6 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:7 Section 1. R.S. 8:308(B) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows: 8 ยง308. Sale of cemetery spaces; abandoned spaces, defined, sale9 * * *10 B.
