First Extraordinary Session, 2011 SENATE BILL NO. 5 BY SENATOR MURRAY CENSUS. Provides relative to provisions in Title 6 which are limited in applicability to political subdivisions or local areas meeting specified population characteristics. AN ACT1 To amend and reenact R.S. 6:966.1(C), relative to provisions of Title 6 (Banks and Banking)2 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, which are limited in applicability to3 certain political subdivisions or local areas based upon population classifications; to4 specify applicability to one or more political subdivisions or local areas; and to5 provide for related matters.6 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:7 Section 1. R.S. 6.966.1(C) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows: 8 ยง966.1. Notice of repossession; contents; fees9 * * *10 C.
