WEAPONS/FIREARMS: Provides relative to the carrying of weapons by federal judges AN ACT1 To amend and reenact R.S. 14:95(H), relative to the crime of illegal carrying of weapons;2 to provide for an exception for justices or judges of federal courts domiciled in3 Louisiana; and to provide for related matters.4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5 Section 1. R.S. 14:95(H) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows: 6 ยง95. Illegal carrying of weapons7 * * *8 H.
