invasion
AN ACT1
To enact Code of Criminal Procedure Article 814(A)(60), relative to responsive verdicts; to2
provide for responsive verdicts for the crime of home invasion; and to provide for3
related matters.4
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5
Section 1. Code of Criminal Procedure Article 814(A)(60) is hereby enacted to read6
as follows: 7
Art. 814. Responsive verdicts; in particular8
A. The only responsive verdicts which may be rendered when the indictment9
charges the following offenses are:10

Guilty.13
Guilty of aggravated burglary.14
Guilty of attempted aggravated burglary.15
Guilty of simple burglary.16
Guilty of attempted simple burglary.17
Guilty of simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling.18
Guilty of attempted simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling.19
