HIGHWAYS: Designates an underpass
AN ACT1
To rename and designate the KCS underpass on Louisiana Highway 165 in Rapides Parish2
as the "Fred H. Baden Underpass"; and to provide for related matters.3
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:4
Section 1. The KCS underpass located on Louisiana Highway 165 in Rapides Parish5
shall be renamed and designated as the "Fred H. Baden Underpass". The Department of6
Transportation and Development shall erect appropriate signage indicating this designation.7
