R.S. 15:81(H)(1) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows: 6 ยง81. Present law provides that the maximum bond which can be set in the Municipal Court of New Orleans for violations of municipal ordinances is $10,000. Proposed law increases this amount from $10,000 to $30,000. (Amends R.S. 15:81(H)(1))
