HLS 12RS-515 ORIGINAL Page 1 of 2 Regular Session, 2012 HOUSE BILL NO. 174 BY REPRESENTATIVE LORUSSO APPROPRIATIONS/JUDGMENT: Appropriates funds for payment of judgment against the DOTD in the matter of "Allstate Insurance Company and Christopher Matthews v. Erica Crochet, et al" AN ACT1 To appropriate funds out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2012-2 2013 to be used to pay the consent judgment against the Department of3 Transportation and Development in the suit entitled "Allstate Insurance Company4 and Christopher Matthews v. Erica Crochet, et al"; and to provide for related matters.5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:6 Section 1. The sum of Three Thousand Two Hundred Fifty and No/100 ($3,250.00)7 Dollars is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal8 Year 2012-2013 to be used to pay the consent judgment against the Department of9 Transportation and Development in the suit entitled "Allstate Insurance Company and10 Christopher Matthews v. Erica Crochet, et al", bearing Number C-764-10 on the docket of11 the Thirty-First Judicial District Court, parish of Jefferson Davis, state of Louisiana.12 Section 2.
