(3)Supplementary compensation or benefits provided to a member of the faculty, administration, or staff of the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts from a foundation organized to support the center. Proposed law provides that any supplementary compensation or benefits provided to the executive director of the New Orleans Public Library from funds or property accruing to the benefit of the library pursuant to the approval of the public library board through a foundation whose purpose is to support the library shall be deemed compensation and benefits from the governmental entity to which he is duly entitled for purposes of present law.
