HIGHWAYS: Designates a portion of Highway 12 as the "Purple Heart Recipient
Highway"
AN ACT1
To designate a portion of Highway 12 as the "Purple Heart Recipient Highway".2
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:3
Section 1. That portion of Louisiana Highway 12 beginning at the intersection of4
Highway 12 and Old River Road, westbound to the intersection of Highway 12 and Delbert5
Clark Road, in Calcasieu Parish, shall be hereinafter known and designated as the "Purple6
Heart Recipient Highway".7
Section 2. The Department of Transportation and Development or its contractors are8
hereby directed to erect appropriate signage reflecting this designation.9
