State of Louisiana, et al" AN ACT1 To appropriate funds out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2012-2 2013 to be used to pay the consent judgment in the suit entitled "Tommy Thompson3 and Michelle Thompson v. State of Louisiana, through the Department of4 Transportation and Development, City of Slidell, Parish of St. Tammany and5 Barriere Construction Company, LLC"; and to provide for related matters.6 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:7 Section 1. The sum of Sixteen Thousand and No/100 ($16,000.00) Dollars, is hereby8 appropriated out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2012-2013 to9 be used to pay the consent judgment in the suit entitled "Tommy Thompson and Michelle10 Thompson v. State of Louisiana, through the Department of Transportation and11 Development, City of Slidell, Parish of St. Tammany and Barriere Construction Company,12 LLC", bearing Number 05-11858 on the docket of the Twenty-Second Judicial District13 Court, parish of St. Tammany, state of Louisiana.14 Section 2.
