HOUSE BILL NO. 356
BY REPRESENTATIVE LEGER
PUBLIC BLDGS/GROUNDS-ST: Authorizes the placement of advertising on public
facilities
AN ACT1
To enact R.S. 48:461.28, relative to outdoor advertising; to permit advertisement to be2
placed on a public building; and to provide for related matters.3
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:4
Section 1.  R.S. 48:461.28 is hereby enacted to read as follows: 5
ยง461.28.  Advertising; public facilities6
Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary and provided there is no7
objection from the Federal Highway Administration, advertising may be placed on8
the premise of a public facility.9
