ACT No. 478 Regular Session, 2012 HOUSE BILL NO. 4 BY REPRESENTATIVE LOPINTO AN ACT1 To amend and reenact R.S. 14:95.7(C), relative to the crime of possession or dealing in2 firearms with obliterated identification marks or serial numbers; to provide for3 increased penalties; and to provide for related matters.4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5 Section 1. R.S. 14:95.7(C) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows: 6 ยง95.7. Possession of or dealing in firearms with obliterated number numbers or7 mark marks 8 * * *9 C.
