Garofalo	HB No. 431
Abstract: Extends the application period for an oyster seed ground vessel permit.
Present law requires anyone harvesting oysters from a public seed ground or a natural reef
to possess an oyster seed ground vessel permit. Provides for certain restrictions and
qualifications to possess such permit. Requires application for such permit to be submitted
prior to Dec. 31, 2009.
Proposed law extends that application period to Dec. 31, 2012.
