Proposed law requires the apprentice to register his name, home address, telephone number, as well as his date of birth and social security number with the commissioner of insurance. Further requires the apprentice to disclose the date he will be entering the program and to give contact information for his supervising licensed bail bond producer. Otherwise retains present law. Present law requires the supervising bail bond producer to maintain an apprentice's work hour records, including time sheets and pay stubs.
