Regular Session, 2012 HOUSE BILL NO. 670 BY REPRESENTATIVE PYLANT DWI: Provides relative to the eligibility for restrictive licenses AN ACT1 To enact R.S. 32:414(D)(1)(c), relative to offenses involving operating a vehicle while2 intoxicated; to provide relative to a hardship license for certain persons convicted of3 certain offenses involving operating a vehicle while intoxicated; and to provide for4 related matters.5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:6 Section 1. R.S. 32:414(D)(1)(c) is hereby enacted to read as follows: 7 ยง414. This Act shall become effective upon signature by the governor or, if not1 signed by the governor, upon expiration of the time for bills to become law without signature2 by the governor, as provided by Article III, Section 18 of the Constitution of Louisiana.
