Simon	HB No. 8
Abstract: Corrects the name of an office designated in statutes relative to equal access to
governmental and public facilities for the disabled community.
Present law uses the outdated name "office of rehabilitative services" in certain provisions
relative to duties of the state fire marshal in facilitating equal access to governmental and
public facilities for the disabled community.
Proposed law corrects the outdated name in present law to read "Louisiana Rehabilitation
Services".
(Amends R.S. 40:1737(A), 1738(D), 1741, and 1742(A)(2))
