(8/1/12) AN ACT1 To amend and reenact R.S. 4:714(A), relative to charitable gaming; to increase the number2 of days a licensee may hold, operate, or conduct any game of chance within a3 calendar month; and to provide for related matters.4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5 Section 1. R.S. 4:714(A) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows: 6 ยง714. Restrictions; requirements; transfers; prohibitions7 A.
