(8/1/12) AN ACT1 To amend and reenact R.S. 4:714(A), relative to charitable gaming; to increase the number2 of days a licensee may hold, operate, or conduct any game of chance within a3 calendar month; and to provide for related matters.4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5 Section 1. DIGEST Guillory (SB 101) Present law limits to 15 days within a calendar month that a licensee may hold, operate, or conduct any game of chance. Proposed law increases the number of days within a calendar month from 15 to 20 that a licensee may hold, operate, or conduct any game of chance. Specifically state that nothing in proposed law shall permit expansion in video bingo in any parish. Effective August 1, 2012.
