AN ACT1
To enact R.S. 30:2351.51(E), relative to environmental quality; to require all state and local2
agencies engaged in lead hazard reduction activities to publish certain lead standards3
on-line; to require minimum lead standards to conform with standards established4
by the federal government; and to provide for related matters.5
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:6
Section 1.  R.S. 30:2351.51(E) is hereby enacted to read as follows: 7

E. All state and local agencies engaged in lead hazard reduction10
activities shall publish on their Internet website the lead hazard or clearance11
standards related to the activities performed.  The standards shall match,12
follow, and adapt to the minimum lead levels established by the United States13
Environmental Protection Agency.14
