AN ACT1
To enact R.S. 22:2171(C)(2) and (8), relative to the Louisiana Property and Casualty2
Commission; to provide for the addition of representatives to the commission3
membership; and to provide for related matters.4
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5
Section 1. R.S. 22:2171(C)(2) and (8) are hereby enacted to read as follows: 6
ยง2171. Louisiana Property and Casualty Insurance Commission7

C. The commission shall consist of the following members:9

(2) The Deputy Commissioner for Consumer Advocacy.11

(8) A representative of the Louisiana Surplus Line Association, selected13
by its governing body, or his designee.14
