(8/1/12) AN ACT1 To amend and reenact R.S. 23:1203.1(A)(5) and (O), relative to workers' compensation; to2 provide for the medical treatment schedule; to provide for applicability; to provide3 for definitions; and to provide for related matters.4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5 Section 1. R.S. 23:1203.1(A)(5) and (O) are hereby amended and reenacted to read6 as follows: 7 ยง1203.1. Medical treatment schedule8 A. For use in this Section, the following terms shall have the following9 meanings, unless clearly indicated otherwise by the context:10 * * *11 (5) "Injury" and "personal injuries", "mental injury caused by mental12 stress", and "mental injury caused by physical injury" are defined as set forth13 in R.S. 23:1021(8).14 * * *15 O.
