(8/1/12) AN ACT1 To enact R.S. 44:3(A)(4)(b)(viii), relative to public records; to provide with respect to2 records of prosecutive, investigative, and law enforcement agencies, and3 communications districts; to provide relative to the initial report; to provide that the4 photograph of any person arrested for an alleged offense shall be subject to5 disclosure; and to provide for related matters.6 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:7 Section 1. R.S. 44:3(A)(4)(b)(viii) is hereby enacted to read as follows: 8 ยง3. Records of prosecutive, investigative, and law enforcement agencies, and9 communications districts10 A. Proposed law provides that if requested pursuant to present law the photograph of any person arrested for an alleged offense will be disclosed. Effective August 1, 2012.
