Regular Session, 2012 ENROLLED SENATE BILL NO. 483 BY SENATOR PERRY AN ACT1 To enact R.S. 32:127.2, relative to golf carts; to authorize operation of golf carts on2 roadways within Palmetto Island State Park; and to provide for related matters.3 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:4 Section 1. R.S. 32:127.2 is hereby enacted to read as follows: 5 ยง127.2. Golf carts; Palmetto Island State Park6 A. Notwithstanding any law, rule, or regulation to the contrary, a golf7 cart may be operated between sunrise and sunset on the roadways within the8 boundaries of Palmetto Island State Park by any operator who is in possession9 of a valid driver's license and liability insurance.10 B.
