SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 163

COMMENDATIONS. Commends the Ouachita Christian High School boys track team for
winning the 2012 Class 1A state championship.
A RESOLUTION1
To commend the Ouachita Christian High School boys track team for winning the 20122
Class 1A state track championship.3
WHEREAS, the Ouachita Christian High School athletic program is one of the finest4
sports organizations in the nation; and5
WHEREAS, the Eagles of Ouachita Christian High School have dominated Class 1A6
in football, baseball, and track for many years, bringing home various championships in both7
boys and girls categories; and8
WHEREAS, the 2012 Ouachita Christian High School boys track team proved once9
again that they reign supreme in track and field events in the state of Louisiana.10
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Senate of the Legislature of Louisiana11
does hereby extend its highest commendations to the mighty Eagles of Ouachita Christian12
High School for their many accomplishments in organized athletics, for conducting13
themselves as the champions they are, and for winning the 2012 Class 1A state track14
championship.15
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to16
