Mack (HB 15) Act No. 8
Existing law provides for the classification of controlled dangerous substances in Schedules
I through V.
New law adds certain chemical groups to the Schedule I listing of stimulants known as
cathinones and adds additional substances to the Schedule I listing of synthetic cannabinoids.
New law provides a definition of "nitrogen-heterocyclic analog".
Effective August 1, 2013.
