AN ACT1
To designate certain portions of Louisiana highways to honor public service of Louisiana citizens;2
to designate a portion of Louisiana Highway 17 as "West Carroll Veterans Memorial3
Highway"; to designate a portion of Louisiana Highway 80 as the "Thomas M. Alexander4
Memorial Highway"; and to designate Louisiana Highway 94 as the "Donald C. Cleveland5
Memorial Highway".6
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:7
Section 1. The portion of Louisiana Highway 17 in West Carroll Parish, from its8
intersection with Cemetery Street north to Gaddis Street, shall hereinafter be known as the "West9
Carroll Veterans Memorial Highway".10
Section 2. The portion of Louisiana Highway 80 in Richland Parish, from its intersection11
with Bob's Lane east to its intersection with Orchard Lane, shall hereinafter be known as the12
"Thomas M. Alexander Memorial Highway".13
Section 3. Louisiana Highway 94 in Lafayette Parish shall hereinafter be known as the14
"Donald C. Cleveland Memorial Highway".15
Section 4. The Department of Transportation and Development or its contractors are hereby16
directed to erect and maintain the appropriate signage reflecting this designation.17
