AN ACT1 To amend and reenact R.S. 32:1521(E)(3), relative to the transportation of hazardous2 materials; to provide for a route designation change for the transportation of3 hazardous material on Interstate 49; and to provide for related matters.4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5 Section 1. R.S. 32:1521(E)(3) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:6 ยง1521. Restrictions on transportation of hazardous materials7 * * *8 E.
