AN ACT1
To designate a portion of Louisiana Highway 33 in Union Parish as the "James Peyton2
Smith Bridge".3
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:4
Section 1. The bridge on Louisiana Highway 33 in Union Parish that crosses Bayou5
D'Arbonne Lake shall be hereinafter known and designated as the "James Peyton Smith6
Bridge".7
Section 2. The Department of Transportation and Development or its contractors are8
hereby directed to erect and maintain appropriate signage reflecting this designation.9
