Abstract: Provides for the issuance of nonresident hunting and recreational fishing licenses at
the same cost as resident licenses.
Proposed law specifies that until Jan. 1, 2016, the fees in present law for nonresident hunting and
recreational fishing licenses shall be reduced as follows:
Duck license from $ 25 to $ 5.50
Wild turkey from $ 25to $ 5.50
Basic hunting from $ 200to $ 15
Big game from $ 250to $ 15
Primitive firearmsfrom $ 50 to $ 10.50
Bow hunting from $ 50 to $ 10.50
Freshwater fishing from $ 60to $ 9.50
Saltwater fishingfrom $ 30 to $ 5.50
Effective Jan. 1, 2016, license fees return to previous levels.
