Gisclair (HB 246) Act No. 19
Authorizes the transfer or lease of certain state property in Lafourche Parish from the Dept.
of Transportation and Development to Lafourche Parish. Provides for the reservation of
mineral rights to the state.
Effective May 23, 2013.
