Jefferson (HB 292) Act No. 309
Authorizes the transfer or lease of certain state property in Lincoln Parish from La. Tech
University to the city of Ruston. Provides for the reservation of mineral rights to the state.
Authorizes the transfer of certain state property in Vernon Parish, Ouachita Parish, and
Richland Parish from the Dept. of Wildlife and Fisheries to the Dept. of Transportation and
Development.
Effective June 17, 2013.
