Abstract: Requires that the words "situs inversus totalis" be exhibited on the driver's license,
regardless of its class, and special identification cards of persons who submit
documentation from a physician certifying that they have the condition.
Proposed law requires that the words "situs inversus totalis" be exhibited on the driver's license,
regardless of its class, and special identification cards, upon request and presentation of
documentation from a physician certifying that the person has such condition.
