Abstract: Names a bridge in Pointe Coupee Parish as the "Nickie Gene Voinche Memorial
Bridge".
Names the bridge located on U.S. Highway 190 in the city of Livonia of Pointe Coupee Parish as
the "Nickie Gene Voinche Memorial Bridge". The Department of Transportation and
Development or its contractors shall erect and maintain appropriate signage of such designation.
