Johnson (HB 419) Act No. 46
New law names the bridge located on U.S. Highway 190 in the city of Livonia of Pointe
Coupee Parish as the "Nickie Gene Voinche Memorial Bridge". Requires the Dept. of
Transportation and Development or its contractors to erect and maintain appropriate signage
of such designation.
Effective August 1, 2013.
