Abstract: Redesignates the provisions of current law relative to preventing the spread of
disease.
Proposed law establishes a definitions section in present law by redesignating definitions for
"Adulterated meat", "Diseased livestock", and ""Livestock" from R.S. 3:2137(A) to R.S. 3:2130.
Proposed law provides for technical corrections to present law.
