AN ACT1
To repeal Chapter 5-F of Title 25 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, comprised of2
R.S. 25:380.31 through 380.36, and R.S. 36:744(O) and 801.10, and to repeal3
provisions relative to the Garyville Timbermill Museum.4
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5
Section 1. Chapter 5-F of Title 25 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950,6
comprised of R.S. 25:380.31 through 380.36, and R.S. 36:744(O) and 801.10 are hereby7
repealed in their entirety.8
Section 2. This Act shall become effective upon signature by the governor or, if not9
signed by the governor, upon expiration of the time for bills to become law without signature10
by the governor, as provided by Article III, Section 18 of the Constitution of Louisiana. If11
vetoed by the governor and subsequently approved by the legislature, this Act shall become12
effective on the day following such approval.13
