Memorializes congress to amend or repeal Sections 205 and 207 of the Biggert-Waters Flood
Insurance Reform Act of 2012. Further memorializes congress to consider passing the
Strengthen, Modernize and Reform the National Flood Insurance Program Act and the Flood
Insurance Implementation Reform Act of 2013.
