Requests the office of the attorney general, with the cooperation of the Louisiana State
Police, the Louisiana Commission on Law Enforcement and Administration of Criminal
Justice, the Louisiana Sheriff's Association, the Louisiana Chiefs of Police Association, and
the Louisiana District Attorneys Association, to develop a comprehensive plan to address
youth gang violence prevention services, and to report its recommendations on or before Jan.
15, 2014.
