Convention on Climate Change, for the East China Sea Peace Initiative, and for the Taiwan-
Japan Fisheries Agreement; encourages a closer economic relationship between Taiwan and
the U.S.; and commends Steve Hsia, Director General of the Taipei Economic and Cultural
Office in Houston.
