(8/1/13) AN ACT1 To enact Children's Code Article 614(E), relative to evaluation orders; to provide for a2 physical examination after a contradictory hearing; and to provide for related3 matters.4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5 Section 1. Children's Code Article 614(E) is hereby enacted to read as follows: 6 Art. 614. Evaluation orders7 * * *8 E.
