AN ACT1
To repeal R.S. 47:9004(B)(4), relative to the board of directors of the Louisiana Lottery2
Corporation; to provide relative to the duty of certain board members to disclose3
certain business relationships to the Senate Committee on Senate and Governmental4
Affairs; to remove the requirement to disclose the names of all business or5
professional clients; and to provide for related matters.6
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:7
Section 1.  R.S. 47:9004(B)(4) is hereby repealed.8
Section 2. This Act shall become effective upon signature by the governor or, if not9
signed by the governor, upon expiration of the time for bills to become law without signature10
by the governor, as provided by Article III, Section 18 of the Constitution of Louisiana. If11
vetoed by the governor and subsequently approved by the legislature, this Act shall become12
effective on the day following such approval.13
