Authorizes a cooperative endeavor agreement for use of certain state property situated in Orleans Parish. (gov sig) AN ACT1 To authorize and provide for a cooperative endeavor agreement for use of certain state2 property in Orleans Parish with the Greater New Orleans Biosciences Economic3 Development District; to provide for an effective date; and to provide for related4 matters.5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:6 Section 1. The commissioner of administration shall have the authority to enter into7 a cooperative endeavor agreement with the Greater New Orleans Biosciences Economic8 Development District to allow the former Louisiana State Supreme Court site and the former9 state office building site located at 325 Loyola Avenue, New Orleans, Louisiana, to be10 utilized as the new civil district court site.11 Section 2. This Act shall become effective upon signature by the governor or, if not12 signed by the governor, upon expiration of the time for bills to become law without signature13 by the governor, as provided by Article III, Section 18 of the Constitution of Louisiana.
