(gov sig) AN ACT1 To enact R.S. 38:2212(A)(1)(b)(ii)(cc), relative to the public bid process; to provide for2 bidding on public work projects let by East Baton Rouge Parish; to provide for3 implementation of certain rules; to provide for inclusion of certain documents; and4 to provide for related matters.5 Notice of intention to introduce this Act has been published.6 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:7 Section 1. R.S. 38:2212(A)(1)(b)(ii)(cc) is hereby enacted to read as follows:8 §2212. This Act shall become effective upon signature by the governor or, if not3 signed by the governor, upon expiration of the time for bills to become law without signature4 by the governor, as provided by Article III, Section 18 of the Constitution of Louisiana.
