Proposed law provides for the governing authority of East Baton Rouge Parish to require all
bidders to submit all statutorily required bid forms in accordance with the Administrative
Procedure Act prior to the opening of all bids relative to contracts for public work.
Effective upon signature of the governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
