Dorsey-Colomb (SB 236)
Proposed law provides that, notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, all
bidders shall submit all bid forms required by statute or by the Louisiana Administrative
Code to the governing authority of East Baton Rouge Parish prior to the opening of all bids
relative to a contract for public works.
Effective upon signature of the governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
