Long (SB 39)
Present law provides for the payment of fees for nonexclusive geophysical permits.
Proposed law requires the permittee to pay permit fees to the office of mineral resources at the
time of application and provides that the State Mineral and Energy Board may determine fees
every twelve months or as often as necessary.
Effective upon signature of the governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
