DIGEST
Present law provides that it is unlawful for any person, without proper license as required by
present law relative to the regulation of explosives, to knowingly and intentionally manufacture,
possess, or have under his control any bomb.
Proposed law changes the present law reference to present law relative to the licensing and
regulation of explosives to conform to present law numbering system.
Proposed law otherwise retains present law.
Effective upon signature of the governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
