Proposed law allows a not-for-profit entity or a charitable organization to receive or use any
commercial or game fish, migratory or resident game bird, game quadruped, as defined in R.S.
56:8, alligator, or feral hog in food or meal distribution at no cost to an individual.
Effective upon signature of the governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
