Expands the jurisdiction of the Louisiana International Deep Water Gulf Transfer Terminal Authority. (8/1/13) AN ACT1 To amend and reenact R.S. 34:3493(A)(1), relative to the Louisiana International Deep2 Water Gulf Transfer Terminal Authority; to provide relative to the powers and duties3 of the authority; to provide relative to the jurisdiction of the authority; and to provide4 for related matters.5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:6 Section 1. R.S. 34:3493(A)(1) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:7 ยง3493.
