DIGEST
Present law provides relative to the LA International Deep Water Gulf Transfer Terminal
Authority. Present law further provides for the jurisdiction of the authority over a structure, a
series of structures, or a facility constructed after 8/1/2008 in Plaquemines Parish within certain
coordinates.
